I like your test, I think it has much more merrit then planting 15's and trying to cram that in a 30" cornhead at the end of the year.
And from a plants perspective, I think they would probably yeild better in 15's than twins just being spread out more if you kept similar populations.
15's + high pops = down corn nightmare given the right senario.....
