How come you are only telling him about the cheap Ontario land. There is lots of farms in southern Ontario going for $40 000 to $50 000 and that is pushing 40-50 times the price of corn today. I think it’s hot to be a bubble but no idea if it will pop. Only real question is how much do I need to retire at 50 years old and what would I do all day if I did
Are row crop farmers buying this land, commercial, green houses or maybe dairies? I can’t imagine regular row crop ever making this land price work |
