IL | If there is one thing that is certain is that the federal reserve will continue to devalue the dollar. This will create inflation and land is a great hedge for. In 10 years good fields will average 300bu corn. Take that times $6 and you have 1800 gross. Might have 1200 to go toward land. Farmers will bid all the profit away, but land will be $50,000 an acre. Even if I'm 1/2 wrong that makes land a good investment.
