WI | I know a lot of posters are telling you to leave, it seems like you are very dedicated to the family farm and, I admire that. I was in a similar situation when I was in my early 20s. Even though I was the only one of my siblings who decided to stay, my brother and BIL would help some on weekends. It was to the point where I was just the grunt and they were making decisions. Well, that didn't sit well with me. But, I never gave up. Eventually my dad started realizing how much I was doing .
What I'm saying is, your dad may open his eyes and see what a valuable asset you are.
