Sounds like to me your just the hired man and not a partner in this operation. Need to sit down with dad and brother and maybe mom too and talk about this arrangement. You might need to move on and do something else to make you feel wanted and worth while. I started on my own and still farming that way after 35 yrs, do have a full time job but it has worked for me.
