Don't know that there is an easy answer. There are two, or three, sides to the story, and we hear only yours. Your side is pretty common deal tho.
As your brother adds family and your dad ages things will change, you'll have to deal with that.
As you come into the operation they have to make room for you or you have to move on, that's the other side of it.
When that point comes, is gonna be up to you where do you want to head........
