Brother gf won't hardly say hi to. Not sure why, been that way since she showed up. If she's in the parlor and I'm not there (getting cows etc) and I come back in she leaves as fast as she can.

Your brother is thinking with the wrong head, and your dad isn't thinking at all to be ok with this. They aren't starting a life together, they're shacking up. Not the same.
If there is any silver lining, it's that if they get married, when she leaves, you will have a greater interest in the farm than your brother. Actually what will happen is you will be blamed for their marriage failing. There is no silver lining, get out now.
