Southeast Colorado | And to add to my last statement............even though this thread is about to die from old age!................I've got only THREE payments left from a blunder I made 22 years ago (A mere 2 years into my farming solo career). Thankfully (maybe) the financier made arrangements with me to drag that deal out for 25 years. It's been a burden that has probably actually helped me along the way. I could have paid that note off at times but the interest was cheap and I chose to use the available capital to expand. Also I left it there as a reminder of what NOT to do.
