Our deeper water at the moment is only slightly regulated. I think that is the appeal of our area. Two years ago this land would maybe have brought double what it is selling for now. That was honestly probably too high then. Doesn't land usually always seem priced too high? That was the appeal of this deal for me. It was actually at a price that seemed affordable. Five years from now I'll know for sure what I should have done!
