Unless the bottom falls out of things you will regret not buying it. I said I was done buying land several years ago. Went to an auction couple of years ago and farm sold cheap. Guess who bought it? Have never regretted it. In fact it kind of rejuvenated me. I have always enjoyed the challenge of buying and owning land. It's more than about money.

All boils down to how much fire you still got in your belly. Bet there is more there than you think.
