They tell us the swamps we can't farm because the water table is a few inches higher than the dirt level a month or two during the year is worth $2000 an acre.

And a cliff, 5 acre land locked no public access, wood lot covered with trees, a ditch and rr running through the bottom, only 1/2 acre flat on top, is also worth $2000 an acre around here.

You can buy something useable, for under a grand?

Granted, it must not be all that useable, but......
