Southeast Colorado | They are showing pump tests on the wells but I don't trust them much. Lots of wells really produce for the first week or so around here so a one or two hour test on wells that have been sitting 3 or 4 years doesn't mean a lot................only that they are not dry. For sake of cash flowing I'm figuring they might produce half of the gpm tests. If they actually hold the tested gpm.............this deal is a steal! If they go dry after a month of pumping..............not so much.
