$5 per acre bid increase on a sale of property? Sounds more like a rental bid price.

As far as I can tell I would bid at least $10 per acre and scare the other buyers away. Sounds like they want every penny.
If it cash flows with out money down I would be all over it at my age. I have yet to buy a farm that cash flows with out a substantial down payment...
