Southeast Colorado | Yah I don't like these so called "private auctions" but it seems to be the way most land trades hands nowadays around here. Really all it is, is a glorified real estate listing. It gives those interested the sense of a need to be hurried up in making their decision. But several of these parcels end up "no selling" when it is all said and done. I don't think this will be one of those this time because I believe the family needs to come up with some cash to help on their new land purchase. | |
