North End I-15 | Martin , I certianly agree with you . 2 years manditory Government work be it mllitary ,Peace Core or Habitat work would be good for all .
It seems to me some European countries had that program .
It would give kids some real life experience , open their eyes to" what's out there ".
Most 18 year olds have no clue as to what they want to do in life . 2 years in to a 4 year degree they change their mind , so 2 years later it takes another 2 years to complete school . Then scheduling problems crop up so it takes another year or two to fit in the required courses as they are only offered at conflicting time schedules . :>) | |
