West Tennessee | I totally agree that many kids and young adults dont need to go to college and can make a very good living without a degree. I guess I disagree that a college degree isn't necessary for anyone. There are MANY jobs that require a college degree by law.and I just don't think that's always a bad thing. I am biased because everyone in my family has a degree and I guess I never considered us all to have been scammed. Several of my friends that farm have degrees and they didn't have to have them to farm but every one of them would tell you they are glad they have it. I honestly never heard anyone speak so negatively of getting a degree before.
None of us in my family ever had any student loans either and I sure don't want to be on the hook as a taxpayer for all these folks that do. They spent the money and they can pay it back IMO. My 2 cents. | |
