I told my son in no uncertain terms that if he wanted to farm he had to have a degree. I didn't want him to get to that point we all do where you are 30 something and feel he had no alternatives. I didn't care what his degree was in, I believe I may have stated his degree could be in baby sitting. Since that is what teaching has become I guess that is what he got a degree in. :) It may be more accurate though to say that teachers are now required to be parents since so many choose to not do it themselves.
