It's still possible to start a dairy farm these days but it's not easy, do you own some land already? Can't you take over your uncles farm?
I'm farming for 20 years now and had to move a few thousand miles to make my dream come threw but I did it, milking 130 cows now with 2 robots but you have to really go for it!
And yes I'm crazy and I'm proud of it!! And I love milking
