Manure storage? Open sided barn in Minnesota would not be my first choice. OP was also talking about robots, so I didn't think he would settle for doing it 'on the cheap'. Dirt work and site prep all can come into play. Not saying my number was not on the high side but I wasn't sure if he had even figured in the cost of the cow.
