Only time I tried it was at Texas Da Brazil. They do a great job on everything else so I would think they know how to cook it. I was looking forward to trying it because I had never had it before. I had no preconceived notions, took one bite and it was great till about 10 seconds later and it had the worst aftertaste. I tried some more and it didn't get any better.
Why is beef so much more popular than lamb?
