Lamb has to be prepared right and that's the problem.
Ironically a friend and I were talking about this earlier today. His first experience with eating lamb was terrible (mine was too) and he fell for the 'not fixed right' 2 more times. After 3 tries, he will never eat lamb again!
Why is beef so much more popular than lamb?
