Toepincher, you hit the nail on the head! Maybe you and I need to host a tasting party cause I could win everyone over with my shoulder roast on the grill. Jeez I get tired of everyone bashing lamb. 5 months old, corn fed, never been on pasture, aged 30 days. Man I'm getting hungry!
