The relationship between csr and $$ is not a straight line. If you figure 200 per point for his you could justify using 170-180 per point for yours. You can easily demonstrate that difference with real sales.

Then the numbers look like this:

200*86*154 = $2.648
180*47*298 = $2.521

An even trade farm for farm would be generous on your part but I'd probably do it.
