Straight row farming vs terraces. Straight rows farm nearly half the time as terraces. Terraces seems to always have ditch repair somewhere. I’d swap him manure. You put some manure on his and he put some on yours before I’d swap farms. 12 miles now a days isn’t that far. Also let you disperse some risk. Rain or hail one place but not other. Tell him no but you’d be interested in buying his farm by you.
