Reads like you're trying to convince yourself to do it. So I guess it doesn't hurt to ask at your price. If that doesn't fly........then you're still out nothing at that point.
Your right I am. Really enjoy farming my quarter. It's fairly flat and just a nice fun farm. But I feel there may be better operational reasons to punt it
