In my area, a market would be the biggest problem. Unless you have the manpower to go to 4 or 5 farmers markets a week over a 300 mile radius, you only have about 2 produce buyers or the Amish produce auctions. The buyers have bad reputations and if your not Amish you take a huge discount at the auction.

I looked into it seriously last winter and came to the conclusion that the market just isn't available here.
