| Take a can of whatever pop and boil it in a pot on the stove until the water is gone. That is a pretty graphic image of how much sugar and all the crap in it IMO. I like pop but if I want to stop drinking it for a month or whatever it’s not a problem to cut it. We mostly stopped stocking it in our gone fridge and I am too cheap to buy it at a restaurant or quick store so that helps. If a lunch meal comes with a drink, that is where I fall back into the trap. | |
