How's the best way to kick the pop habit? I can go a week, sometimes two weeks and then fall off the wagon. Just seem to crave the stuff! Dave
Seems I read somewhere that it usually takes 21 days to change a habit, you're getting close at 14, maybe a 'reward' at 21+ can help you get over the hump. Note: reward probably shouldn't be Mt. D, perhaps a new tractor? :) |
