What did it for me: A person at work spilled a can on the floor, it sat there till all that was left was a sticky thick syrup, I accidently stepped in it and almost lost my shoe stuck to it. After that I literally couldn't stomach the thought of that much sugar in my system all at once.
Mt. Dew habit.
