For me, it was learning of my high blood sugar and "pre-diabetes"
Started to research and learn about blood sugar and diabetes and how I was killing myself, that was enough to get me to stop.
I would drink 4 to 6 sodas per day. I stopped for 6 months, and now can control myself and am able to have one from time to time. Mostly drink Coke Zero now, because regular is too sweet.
But please make some changes before it's too late. I'm 43 and regret how I cared for my body the last 20 years. |
