What would you consider the minimum required ROI on a tiling project on owned land?


For some reason i always pictured you farming mainly costal sands... Light, sandy, and lucky for some loam.

With that stated, i figured irrigation would be better money the tile... Again in my mind

Tile for me is a no question. Old 80' clay tile is 150bu corn. new 30' tile is 185-210bu. Same money on seed and nitrogen.

Guess i save on dry fertilizer and trucking with the old tile though.
