It’s just hard to figure, as here it can pay off in 3 years. Lot of foul tips and home runs. Hard to put that on a spreadsheet.
+1. Depending on your soils and laterial width. Yield has paid for mine in 3 years and a couple in 5-6 years. First few farms I bought, i tiled on 80's with bigger mains, then split them when I had the cash. Those took a longer roi than the 40s. 80' was a huge improvement over old clay tile just draining wet spots. |
