Agreed Steve. Seems like a big cluster. Total lack of being prepared. Was also a rare deal. Kinda like bins in iowa not being designed for that derencho thing this summer.
Also in some areas that don't have snow load specs on buildings to deal with normal snow in nwpa or NY.
