Subject: what if carbon does not collect as thought/intended?

Seymour, IL
In studying the subject, ran across some in depth study from Iowa State University....

the key question being....if what we are doing is doing a good job, will that be enough for the market? What if the environmental additions are not actually additions?

I have some concerns about the values for carbon being bandied about....have seen no evidence of anyone writing a check for the high dollar amounts. Until it is traded again...via something like the defunct Chicago Climate Exchange, the market will be opaque and nebulous at best I fear.
