| My thinking is it will start as some payment if you reduce tillage.
Then if the powers that be are still in office, they will slowly change the narrative to taxing those that are still emitting carbon. Sad thing is that humans and all living/breathing animals exhale this terrible toxic gas****** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tax will then either be directed into some green tech, or just thrown in to the national budget to be given to the lates pet project thought up by some Washington bureaucrat!!!!!!!!!!! | |
