I'll agree about the sugar. When I was in America, i went to a low carb diet for about 4 months. I felt the best I had in years, and lost some weight.
Personally, for me, I think sugar is more addictive than alcohol.
I have been in the Philippines for the last 6 months, and low carb is hard here. Lots of bread and rice, a poor peoples diet. The meat here is nasty for the most part. But recently, i finally found a spot to buy good hamburger. Chicken is good here, but you can only eat so much chicken.
Very few overweight people here. Unbelieveable how much rice they consume. My household of 5 adults and 2 children goes through 75 lbs a month. We buy it in 25 kg bags.
I think i will try lowering my carbs again starting Monday. |
Anyone have any advice about knee aches with popping.
