Look at my thread a little ways down this page.
Had one meal a little higher in carbs and sugar and one knee hurt two days and the other one one day.
But people will not believe it, till they actually experience it. I think the older we get, at least some of us, the more sensitive we are to the foods that bother us. Mostly unknowingly.
Anyone have any advice about knee aches with popping.
