SW WI | Isn’t that something, fish and run, just a “little” sugar can have such a big effect. My wife had noticed the same. A good weight loss last year, probably treaded water thru the holidays and just said this morning she can tell a couple sugary snacks at her work this week, since her knees bothered a little. She said how she has to buckle down again.
