Anyone have any advice about knee aches with popping.

Glad somebody said it before me. I hesitate to even post it anymore because of all the "eye rolls" I can figuratively see out there.

But yes, cut the sugar especially and high carb starchy foods generally. Did the trick for me. Got rid of knee pain (already had just got a shot in one knee earlier), eliminated the need for knee replacement, got rid of many years of back pain. And that is just scratching the surface on the health benefits of getting most of the carbs out of my diet.

Took me one week for some improvement, two weeks for most pain to be gone and about a month that it was all gone. Simply by changing what I ate.

But who is going to believe that???? I would not have had I not lived it. I changed diet for other reasons. The pains going away was just a side benefit of getting healthier. Most pain is caused by inflammation. A low carb diet is an anti-inflammatory diet.
