I'm going through this now.
"If" it's that, a shot or maybe some 'minor' sounding surgery to root out the torn parts, it doesn't really heal on its own, poor blood flow. I was told recovery time is pretty quick because they're removing material and there isn't much to heal.
I was told with mine I really cant hurt it worse, surgery when/if I get tired of too much pain.
Go to a doc for a better than an armchair diagnisis. | |
