Good luck on your weight loss goal! I'm a little chubby now (149 when I got in from run today) but spent most of 2020 around 145 (my Jr. year wrestling weight). Hoping to get to 138 at least once in 2021 (my Sophomore weight).
Are you a midget? 149 sounds like a pretty healthy weight to me....
I don't believe all these doctors wanting people to be so thin.... I think 10 extra lbs would do a person some good say for instance, if they got covid. |
