Eating Cheetos and Mountain Dew watching the news will not help.
Maybe some are taking vitamins, eating real food, getting proper sleep etc, exercising, and will come out stronger.
I’m not against washing hands and brushing teeth. I think regular hygiene will help ya live a longer healthier life.
