i think there are lots of questions that will not all be answered for years as studies look back on what happened in different places and in different ways.

Sweden is not all good or bad but according to this article has a higher death rate than other countries in Europe and by far worse than the other Nordic nations, it's close neighbours
And it's policy did not even help it's economy
When reading the article it appears many of the policies like physical distancing are happening in Sweden like other countries even though there is not an official policy of lockdown or requiring them.

More than 5,500 people have died with Covid-19 in this country of just 10 million. It is one of the highest death rates relative to population size in Europe, and by far the worst among the Nordic nations. Unlike Sweden, the rest all chose to lock down early in the pandemic.
