When they opened up again their cases for some time after that were all imported from other countries as residents returned and visitors arrived there
This when little was known about the virus as compared to now when we know much more about how it spreads and have tests to help identify cases quicker and should be prepared to trace contacts from those tests and stop the spread. | |
