central Ia | In Pocahontas county where we used to live they have around 200 of them,I didn't have any but lived across the road from them, they didn't put any in my township. They hired a local tiler to fix all broken tiles, ripped all the ground that they worked on, picked up the timber but not always to everyones satisfaction, reworked the county roads. I don't have a problem with them but like everything some do. A friend of mine has quite a few, when it came time to settle up for clean up he did say the ugly Dale had to come out to get things back to the way he wanted and they did pay him a good chunk of money. As far as health, chasing storms off, killing birds I will say not to my knowledge, the wind turns the blades not the other way around and as far as bird deaths they did a study a few years ago and showed not a problem | |
