| I remember when the windmill reps first came around. I asked about what happens when you want a spray plane to spray your field. They said they would shut the rotors off and turn them where we wanted so the spraying could get done. Yeah right...
We said no on our farm to the windmills. Neighbors said yes. Now it costs us an extra $1 an acre for crop spraying our ground because of the neighboring windmills.
I will say they come in handy for determining wind direction and speed.
I really don't notice them a lot anymore. | |
