I signed a couple farms up for it here. They may run some transmission lines across me and they pay by the foot per year plus an additional amount per acre. I don't have any complaints so far anyways. My neighbor who wind to the windmill farms and contacted a lawyer for it all said something about eminent domain, so he went ahead and signed up and got paid also.
