 NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Habits are hard to break. I’m up everyday between 5:00-5:30, I’d love to kick that habit and sleep to at least 6:00 but that only happens rarely.
I like to eat dinner at 12:00 sharp and take a short 5-10 minute nap if possible. If it’s after 1:00 I might as well even forget about that nap because I can’t do it.
Supper time can be anywhere from 6:00-9:00 depending on what’s going on that day. | |
