I have a neighbor who breaks for an hour lunch and a nap at 12 noon everyday no matter what.Was always told his dad and grandfather did the same. Kind of think he's on to something! In great health! Can set your watch by him. Up at 4 every morning to milk. I always find it interesting what other habits some have??
35 years ago neighbor truck farmer on my first farm did same thing. Would put pajamas on and sleep for hour or so every day he farmed.
Lived to be 95 and had fatal heart attack picking first tomatoes of the year to sell. |
