East of Dodge City, KS | We all have our quirks and habits and I think if a person can work a nap into his/her schedule, do it! Rest is good. I wish I could. I remember my uncle (50 years ago) would eat lunch, then take his nap for 20-30 minutes....daily. That was his routine, nothing wrong with that. Especially for those people (maybe dairymen in particular) who are up and going so early. I have to learn to go to bed earlier at night, but it seems we use all the daylight and then some. | |
